Lower Costs. Grow Local Paychecks.

Families in District 58 aren’t looking for political noise. They’re looking for relief. Roger will fight for lower day-to-day costs, better roads, stronger local businesses, and more chances for young people to build a life here without leaving.

That means measuring every state decision by a simple question: does this make life more affordable in Cooper, Moniteau, and Morgan counties?

Protect Rural Health Care.

No family in District 58 should have to drive too far, wait too long, or go broke to get basic care. Roger will fight to protect rural clinics and hospitals, expand access to primary care and mental health services, and reduce the cost pressure of prescription drugs and insurance.

Health care is economic security. Treating it as a side issue is a mistake rural communities cannot afford.

03

Fix Roads, Bridges, and Broadband.

If you live in a rural district, infrastructure is your road to work, your internet connection, your bridge, your emergency route, and your family budget. Roger wants this district to get its fair share — and to see real, measurable results for every dollar spent.

Less rhetoric. More repaired bridges.

04

Strengthen Schools and Career Training.

Good schools are not just about test scores. They’re about whether a family stays, whether a business hires locally, and whether a young person sees a future here. Roger will fight for strong public schools, career and technical education, teacher retention, and school-to-work pathways that keep talent in the district.

05

Support Safe Communities and Law Enforcement.

Public safety means safe roads, strong emergency response, respect for law enforcement, and serious action on drugs that are hurting families. Roger believes we can be tough on crime and smarter about prevention and treatment at the same time.

06

Keep Jefferson City Honest and Focused.

Less grandstanding. More service. Roger will listen first, report back often, and be a representative for the district — not a rubber stamp for party leaders. No seat should be so safe that voters stop getting answers.
